We loved the serene location of the hotel, surrounded by a lush forest and connected by a picturesque footbridge passing through a beautiful garden. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the pool had plenty of fresh clean towels and suncream available for guests to use. The staff was friendly and accommodating, preparing a special breakfast order for our little one that included a delicious smoothie bowl. The hotel location ensured quiet and peaceful surroundings.

The resort's location is unparalleled, being situated in nature and surrounded by a lush garden accessible via a quaint little footbridge. the restaurant's interior is charming and cozy, with excellent breakfast and dinner options at reasonable prices. the rooms are well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable stay.
There seemed to be an issue with pest control, as there were complaints about bugs entering through un-screened windows in some of the rooms.

The resort is nestled amidst lush greenery and offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The attention to detail in the resort's beautiful decorations and manicured lawn enhanced the overall ambiance. The large swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I also enjoyed the tasty and reasonably priced food at the resort's restaurant. I had a fantastic experience at The Hidden Resort and would highly recommend it for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

We stayed at a charming resort surrounded by green gardens, which made us feel relaxed and peaceful. The comfortable bed and well-equipped room ensured we had the best sleep of our whole vacation. Breakfast was great, and the delicious dinner at the restaurant added to our enjoyable stay. The resort is located in a quiet and exclusive area, only a short drive away from the city.
The resort was quite remote, which meant that some evenings we struggled to find alternative restaurants. the limited pool beds meant we had to spend a lot of time waiting for space to relax.

The surroundings were beautiful and provided a great atmosphere for our romantic escape. We also enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the room's fridge. Finally, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby area, with many attractions within a short distance by car.
The communication with the staff was lacking. They didn't provide us with all the necessary information during check-in and in the restaurant, leading to some confusion.
